Desa Dunia Beda Beach Resort Gili Trawangan Lombok^{( REF: 5924)}

Our Resort was designed and built between 2002 and 2003, the concept is to offer to the guests a unique concept with space, privacy, close to nature with all the comfort to spend an unforgettable stay.

For our constructions (rooms, restaurant and others building for guest facilities) we opted for traditional house from Java, “Joglo” and “ Kampung”, old teak houses and renovated it before to re-build them on the site.

The hotel has opened in early 2004 with a restaurant, a swimming pool, 6 Villas Joglo and 1 Family Joglo Villa.

Between 2008 and 2009 we built four additional units, Villa “Kampung” to complete the Javanese style, and one more Villa “Joglo”.

To date the Resort is made of:

We have built 12 units villas, but according to our IMB (building permit) we could build 5 others villas to arrive at a total of 17 units.

Gili Trawangan is getting more and more busy each year with foreigner and Indonesian tourist and visitor.

The potential for hospitality business on the Island is fantastic and especially in the north part of the Island (where Desa Dunia Beda is located) as it is far from the crowded area and it is getting now the exclusive place to be as it is for Canggu in Bali.

Regarding the size and configuration of our property, the huge private beachfront (170 Meters long) and the space which is use for the actual constructions, it would be very easy to add 10 to 50 rooms or more.
Many other facilities could be considered for additional business and income as a beach club, Spa, new restaurant, Ice cream shop, Diving center and others without changing or disturbing the actual concept.

Information about the property

The Land area 15,309 m2 ( 153 are) with 170 linear meters of private Beachfront.
Total of square meter for all building on the site = 1.549 ( only 10 % of the land size)

The basin of the swimming pool is 18 x 5 meters long and 1,4 meter deep, which is 90 m2, and the wooden deck around the pool covers an area of 182.4 m2.

The restaurant size is 230 m2 including the reception (FO) and the kitchen area.

The staff mess consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate 16 to 20 employees. The total area of this building is 84 m2.

The generator is a MWM Diesel open type with a capacity of 60,000 kva. We also have a stabilizer Matsuyama of 75.000 Kva

The hotel is connected to PLN with a capacity of 53.000 kva.

We have four telephone lines (Telkom) and a WIFI connection cover the entire property.
